No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

DealerIQ may send optional SMS alerts to dealership staff users who opt in to receive critical workflow notifications.

These SMS alerts are used for internal dealership operations only. Examples of alerts may include:

  • Customer arrived
  • Finance needs stips
  • Recon complete
  • Delivery at risk
  • Manager needed
  • Registration or back-office issue affecting delivery

Message frequency varies based on dealership activity and the user’s role. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is optional. Staff users may opt in or opt out at any time from their DealerIQ notification preferences.

DealerIQ SMS alerts are not used for marketing or promotional messages.

DealerIQ does not sell user data to advertisers.
